ANNOTATION
The “Instructions” have been composed by the collaborators
of the technical department of “Belshina” Ltd, on the
base and development of the “Rules for technical exploitation
of tubeless heavy dimensional tires for dumpers of heavy and super-heavy
hoisting capacity”, the validity of which ended on 1.12.1994.
In the “Instructions” there is information about the
main technical characteristics of the tubeless tires and the specifics
of their exploitation. There is information about the marking, acceptance,
package, storage, rules for the loading-unloading, transportation
of the tubeless tires, rules for setting the tires on the vehicle,
rules for assembly and disassembly of the tires, technical service
and care of the tires, classification of the main kinds of the exploitation
defects, reasons for the defects and recommendations for their removing,
inventory of the work of the tires, claims.
This “Instructions” are obligatory for all economies
and enterprises, exploiting the tubeless tires, meant for dumpers
and auto-trains of heavy and super-heavy hoisting capacity, as well
as for road-building technics.

Tubeless heavy and super-heavy dimensional tires for dumpers of
heavy and super-heavy hoisting capacity
1. Acceptance of the tires
1.1. The tires are accepted at lots. A lot should be considered
the tires of one marking
in quantity not more than 4000 pieces, for the tires 27,00-49, 33,00-51,
40,00-57 not more than 2000 pieces, the accompanying quality documents
of which content:
- production brand or production brand and the name of the factory-producer;
- marking, model and quantity of the tires;
- norm document, according to which the tires are produced;
- number of the lot;
- date of loading;
- confirmation of the accordance of the tires to the norm document,
according to which the tires are produced;
- copy of the accordance certificate and data of the certification,
confirming the accordance of the tires to the obligatory demands
of the norm document, according to which the tires are produced.
The acceptance of the tires for dumpers of heavy and super-heavy
hoisting capacity is executed according to the active rules for
acceptance of the production by quantity and quality.
The tires with production defect and marking, which does not correspond
to the demands of the active norm documentation of the tires, are
not liable to acceptance. |
